Second, you must couple every major AI initiative with an equally significant investment in employee reskilling. Announce the AI rollout and the new training academy on the same day. This will put immense pressure on entry-level positions, potentially disrupting career paths for an entire generation of new graduates. For businesses, this means the war for talent will shift from a search for people who can do tasks to a search for people who can direct AI to achieve complex outcomes.
